Come on out and get yo' groove on!  If you enjoy Al Green, Tower of Power, Earth Wind and Fire, Marvin Gaye, Kool and the Gang, and other R&B-influenced artists of the '60s, '70s, '80s, '90s and today, you'll love The Domino Band.

Domino is a high-energy horn band based in Roanoke, Virginia, specializing in classic R&B, soul, and old-school funk!  This concert will be a great opportunity to relive the great songs of yesterday and groove with the songs of today!

Domino is about the music.  Plain and simple.  Classic soul, R&B, and funk that moves your feet and your soul!  The individual members of Domino each have many years of experience performing, and now they're in it for love.

Domino has backed the legendary Percy Sledge on numerous occasions, and opened for Delbert McClinton, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees The Impressions, and country music superstars Tracy Byrd, Trace Adkins, Trick Pony, Diamond Rio, Tracy Lawrence, and Blake Shelton.

This will be a concert you will NOT want to miss!!!

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, picnics, and families for a warm summer evening of music on the Virginia Tech Campus in Blacksburg, Virginia!  (Rainsite:  Old Dominion Ballroom, Squires Student Center.)

Concerts presented by the Virginia Tech/Town of Blacksburg Summer Arts Festival 2018.
